How to Apply:

Students from Rice University must apply for the INSTEP Program through the Study Abroad Office at Rice. Please visit their website for instructions. For specifc academic information and course equivalencies, students may contact Associate Dean for Undergraduates and Director of the Policy Studies program, Dr. Donald Ostdiek, at 713-348-4786 or email him. For all other questions, please contact the Study Abroad Office, located in the RMC Cloisters. Note: Students must also complete the Rice Study Abroad Application to participate in this program.

Once you have submitted the Rice Study Abroad Application you can apply on-line to the program.
